By accessing or using GhostScreen's deepfake detection services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

2. Description of Service

GhostScreen provides a Chrome browser extension that analyzes video streams during interviews to detect potential synthetic or manipulated video content. The service processes video locally in your browser and provides real-time alerts when anomalies are detected.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GhostScreen only for:

Verifying the authenticity of participants in video interviews you conduct
Protecting your organization from potential identity fraud
Internal security and compliance purposes

You agree NOT to use GhostScreen for:

Surveillance without proper consent or authorization
Any illegal or discriminatory purposes
Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our detection algorithms

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.

Paid Plans

After your trial, you may subscribe to a paid plan. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

5. Detection Accuracy

GhostScreen uses advanced AI models to detect potential deepfakes. While we strive for high accuracy, no detection system is perfect. Detection results should be used as one factor in your evaluation process, not as the sole basis for hiring decisions.

Important: GhostScreen is a detection tool, not a definitive identity verification system. Always conduct proper background checks and follow your organization's hiring protocols.

6. Intellectual Property

The GhostScreen service, including all code, algorithms, designs, and content, is owned by GhostScreen Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

GhostScreen provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to hiring decisions made based on detection results.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
